Common Returns Questions

ARE MY SHOES RETURNABLE FOR A REFUND?

Shoes should first be tried on indoors, preferably on carpeted surfaces. Refunds are only given for unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days from the purchase date. If you're unsure whether your shoes satisfy our criteria, or are outside of 30 days, please contact us at support@taosfootwear.com or 1-844-363-TAOS(8267) for assistance.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

  • Enter your email address above to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions via email.
  • Follow the instructions in the email to continue the returns process and receive your prepaid return label.
  • Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping carton and include the attached packing list inside so that we can identify your order.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

No, returns aren't free. We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders, easy returns and instant exchanges. When you make a return and use one of our prepaid return labels, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We pass on our negotiated carrier rates to you so that it's as affordable as possible.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN A GIFT?

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

Use our returns center above to begin the return process for your original order and receive an instant refund voucher for reordering. With your instant refund voucher, you can reorder now without having to wait. Then send us back your original order using the prepaid label when you can.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY SHOES?

All of our shoes are guaranteed by warranty against all defective workmanship and/or materials. If you feel you've received a defective pair, please contact us at warranty@taosfootwear.com to determine next steps.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will refund you promptly once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse. Please allow a few business days once the refund is processed to reconcile on your account.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

  • Worn, washed, and/or altered items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
